Cottage Food/Farmer's Market: By selecting this category, you are agreeing to follow all MarketPlace rules according to the Vendor Policies & Instructions. Failure to comply may result in termination of your subscription or dismissal from the event.

Food & Beverage: By selecting this category, you are agreeing to follow all MarketPlace rules according to the Vendor Policies & Instructions. Failure to comply may result in termination of your subscription or dismissal from the event. In addition, all food vendors must purchase a Temporary Food License from the City of Helotes prior to participation in the event and display the valid license onsite during the event.

Nonprofit: By selecting this category, you are confirming that you are a nonprofit vendor according to the MarketPlace Vendor Policies and Instructions. If you you fail to meet the MarketPlace nonprofit standards, then you may be dismissed from the event and/or your booth space and subscription may be revoked.

Each non-profit organization seeking to be a vendor in the Helotes MarketPlace, will have to register monthly.Each non-profit vendor must also have a valid 501(c)3 on file. If you register for a non-profit booth and you do not have a 501(c)3 on file, you will NOT be able to participate. Only non-profits who are headquartered in the City of Helotes limits will be eligible to register in the Helotes MarketPlace.
